The Peggy F. Murphy Grief Center - The Peggy F. Murphy Community Grief Center is a resource for the greater Fort Wayne community as it provides space for individual grief counseling sessions, grief programming, and grief support group meetings for adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one.

Aging & In-Home Services - The mission of AIHS is to promote dignity, independence, and advocacy for all older adults and persons with disabilities regardless of race, age, color, religion, sex, disability, national origin or ancestry.

Pace of Northeast Indiana - Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a Medicare and Medicaid program that helps people meet their health care needs in the community instead of going to a nursing home or other care facility. With PACE, you have a team of health care professionals working with you and your family to make sure you get the coordinated care you need.
